Types of Massage

•    Trigger Point- specifically works on those hyper irritable spots which “trigger” painful responses.  Often this pain refers to other areas of the body.  Requires deep breathing and some client feedback.

•    Deep Tissue- targets the de3eper layers of muscle and connective tissue.  Great for relieving chronic pain, tension and for providing relief from repetitive stress symptoms.

•    Pregnancy- highly individualized and lighter form of massage.  Gives mom a chance to relax during such stressful body changes, also has been shown to help with swelling.  Massage Therapist requests clients be at least 15 weeks gestation unless providing a doctor’s note.

•    On-site- add a special touch to your Girl’s Nights, Holiday Parties, Wedding/Baby Showers, Bachelorette Parties, Birthdays, and Reunions.  Wonderful for Corporate settings as well!
